Top Chef” alum Leah Cohen — who placed 6th on Season 5 of the show — is in dire straits with her NYC restaurant Pig & Khao … and now she’s suing the restaurant’s management company, blaming it for all her financial woes.

Leah filed the lawsuit against New York Restaurant Services Group — owned by famed restaurateur Rick Camac — claiming she signed a 50/50 business deal with it last year, agreeing to split ownership of her restaurant in exchange for its management services.

Leah says NYRSG agreed to oversee Pig & Khao’s operations, including finances, development, marketing, advertising, training of staff, and a bunch of other management-related tasks — but ended up getting Pig & Khao into a heap of money troubles instead.

According to Leah, NYRSG failed to pay the restaurant’s suppliers, its staff, its landlord, and even the Tax Man — resulting in massive unpaid bills and frozen bank accounts — but still insisted on paying itself a 3% management fee.

Leah — who claims to have invested $400,000 in the business with her father –  says the restaurant owes the government $47,283, her landlord is threatening to throw her out, and she’s on the brink of losing everything.

She says the restaurant is “clearly failing,” and has been operating at a loss pretty much since it opened last fall. (For what it’s worth, Pig & Khao has stellar Yelp and Zagat reviews. So check it out.)

She is suing NYRSG for unspecified damages, and wants to terminate their business relationship ASAP. A rep for NYRSG had no comment.

Kanye West went full “Spaceballs” in Paris today … sporting an outfit that was an obvious homage to the evil and maniacal Dark Helmet.

Let’s face it … the villain (we mean DH) has a lot in common with the rapper.

Mr. Helmet prefers to be called Lord … Kanye goes by Yeezus — and, of course, they both share a fondness for crushing anyone who crosses and/or talks to them.

Just sayin’ …

Anyway … “May the Schwartz be with you.”

  • Kim Clijsters

Former tennis champ Kim Clijsters has added a boy to her brood after giving birth on Wednesday (18Sep13).

The Belgian sports star took to just hours after the birth to tell fans of little Jack’s arrival.

She writes, “Jack Leon Lynch is born! Born at 7.06 pm tonight and we are both doing well… His big sister, mama and daddy are very proud and happy!”

The tot is a little brother to five-year-old Jada Ellie, Clijsters first child with her husband Brian Lynch.

The 30 year old retired from the court following the U.S. Open last year (12).

    Sandra Bullock

Sandra Bullock has lavished praise on the crew behind Alfonso Cuaron’s new space film Gravity for turning a studio backlot into a children’s “wonderland” so her young son could have fun while she was at work.

The survival project was one of the first the actress signed up for following the 2010 breakdown of her marriage to cheating ex Jesse James and the adoption of her baby boy Louis, and she made it clear to producers that keeping her son safe and happy was her number one priority.

She says, “I can’t selfishly take journeys anymore because I have to take a little boy along with me.

“I said (to producers)… make it so I’m not somewhere not paying attention because I’m so worried about, ‘Where is he? Is he having fun? Is this a good life experience?’

“(Producer) David (Heyman) turned a backlot of a sound stage in rainy London into a wonderland for a one-and-a-half-year-old. Everything was bumper guarded! People go, ‘What is that?’ And I go, ‘That is to protect a child’s head! All of it!'”

Bullock admits she hugged her baby a little tighter each night after spending hours shooting in isolation, portraying a medical engineer who has lost a child on a space shuttle mission gone wrong.

She adds, “I kept having to say, ‘What would I do (if I lost a child)?’ and I realised I might be far worse off than she is. You just have to go there and know at the end of the day, you can unplug and go home and do something a lot of… people who were parents can’t.”

    Diane Kruger

Inglourious Basterds star Diane Kruger hates playing gun-toting characters onscreen because she’s not a fan of weapons.

The German actress, who is currently playing a cop in U.S. TV drama The Bridge, admits she’s not a natural shooter and doesn’t enjoy pulling the trigger on make-believe bad guys.

She says, “I’m not very good at it. Maybe it’s because I’m not American, but I don’t like guns. I don’t like anything that has to do with guns. I don’t like people being shot in shows; I’d rather watch a sex scene.

“I nearly killed a New York Times reporter who was on set the very first day of the show… I was trying to look all professional and tell her about my character and I fumbled with my holster and the gun just dropped on her head… The review was not so great for me.”

Amanda Bynes Starts Fire, Neighbor Talks

UPDATE 5:20 P.M. PST: Celebuzz was able to reach the owner of the property where Amanda Bynes started the small fire: “It was a surprise at first because I thought it could be a hate crime or arson. When I found out who it was I was actually a bit relieved,” said Bonnie Braatan. “How she picked my driveway and my house, I don’t know.”

Braatan, who was in bed at the time of fire, spoke with police who “indicated that she (Bynes) was probably under the influence of something,” she added.

Now, the Thousand Oaks resident is faced with the damage to her driveway and may legally go after Bynes for any repairs: “I have to see how bad the damage is,” she said.

Amanda Bynes sure knows how to draw a unwanted crowd.

Luckily, her fire-starting in Thousand Oaks, Calif. only caused damage to a concrete driveway, thanks to a fast-acting neighbor who witnessed the explosive incident, Celebuzz has learned.

“I was working in the garage on my car and I heard an accident, an explosion. Boom!” neighbor Bruno Corsi told Celebuzz.

“I went outside and saw a fire on my next door neighbor’s driveway. Then I saw a lot of young kids, they didn’t know what to do and were asking for a hose or something,” he added.

“A plastic container of gasoline was on fire. It was almost gone… it spilled all over so the fire was in four different spots.”

Corsi says he used an extinguisher to put out the fire before the police arrived. But he fears it could have been much worse for his home and others located on the 200 block of Avenida de Los Arboles near where Bynes grew up.

“Next to my house is a big fence with a bush and that could’ve caught on fire,” he said.

Corsi added during the commotion there were a handful of neighborhood kids “screaming” to call the police, so he didn’t see the actress (or even know who she was until it made headlines this morning.)

“The police asked me if I saw anyone run away and I didn’t see anyone. She wasn’t there, maybe,” said Corsi.

According to Thousand Oaks Sheriff’s Sgt. Eric Buschow, the 27-year-old former child star was contacted by police down the street away from the scene. It was then that authorities placed her under a 5150 involuntary psychiatric hold for at least 72 hours.

It seems Bynes was busy getting into police run-ins last weekend, after was approached by authorities again in Thousand Oaks on Sunday outside a local retirement community after she allegedly tried to trespass, according to TMZ. Security accused her of being drunk and she eventually left in a taxi, which in true Bynes fashion also didn’t end well. The taxi driver reportedly kicked her out when she couldn’t pay for the ride: “Get me the f**k out of here,” she said. “I don’t have any money.” When she returned to the retirement home, police arrived, but she was not arrested.

Aubrey Plaza in a bikini in GQ

One of our favorite funny ladies, Aubrey Plaza, is stripping down to her bikini for GQ Magazine’s August 2013 Issue.

The hilarious young actress opened up to the mag about dating, her dream role, and a certain scene in her upcoming comedy, The The To Do List, where she “angrily” pleasures herself.

“I liked angrily masturbating. I say my own name, which you kind of think could be hot in a way, but it doesn’t come off that way,” Plaza explained. “I’m like, ‘C’mon, Brandy. You got this, Brandy.’ But I have two hands up my vagina and I’m just staring, and I’m wearing a Hillary Clinton T-shirt.”

Aubrey also revealed that she would not be interested in going out with… herself. “I am the last person on earth I’d ever go on a date with,” the Parks and Recreation star admitted.

When asked about her ultimate dream role, Plaza’s answer might just surprise you.

“I want my shot at Catwoman, and I want it soon,” Aubrey told the magazine. Hear that, Anne Hathaway?

Aubrey went into even more detail about her awkward “self love” sexual scene in The To Do List on Tuesday’s Conan. Watch the very funny moment, below.

Abigail Breslin at the premiere of Tri Star Pictures'

Abigail Breslin is headed for Zombieland once again, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Breslin is set to star in Maggie opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger. The story is about a father (Schwarzenegger) whose daughter (Breslin) is infected with a walking-dead virus sweeping the nation. If the plot sounds familiar you’re probably thinking about World War Z/28 Days Later/Zombieland/I Am Legend/28 Weeks Later or another one of the thousand zombies movies to have come out recently.

Though the concept may sound a little stale, Maggie‘s script was written by John Scott 3 and put on the Black List, a list of Hollywood’s best un-produced screenplays. First time director Henry Hobson is attached as well. Production is expected to begin in the fall.

Proud new father Jimmy Fallon revealed the name of his daughter during Wednesday night’s monologue of Late Night. If you don’t feel like watching the whole video above, it’s Winnie Rose Fallon and she weighs 5 lbs., 9 oz. But try, anyway, because the whole thing is pretty cute.

So this is what happens when you put Andrew Dice Clay in a movie: The city of Los Angeles held its premiere of Woody Allen’s new movie Blue Jasmine last night, and the guest list was weird. Among the many who attended: Tom Green; Eric Roberts; Sally Freaking Kirkland [Ed. note: See Anna; it’s good]; and a very miserable-looking Kaley Cuoco. Sure, that’s not exactly Diane Keaton or Dianne Wiest, but hey, at least star Cate Blanchett looked really pretty again.
