These days, Miley Cyrus‘ style is a slew of crop tops, super-short hotpants and grills.

But that doesn’t mean the 20-year-old can’t pull off a fine piece of couture, as she proves pretty well in the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar. Cyrus slips into some high-end fall fashion for a photo shoot with by famed shutterbug Terry Richardson on what looks to be a luxurious estate.

There’s gowns by Giorgio Armani Priv , Valentino Haute Couture, Chanel Haute Couture and Atelier Versace; gems by Dior, Chopard and Bulgari; and a gorgeous Rolls Royce. It’s all very glam for a girl from Nashville.

Helen Mirren, the undisputed Queen of Everything Good in Life, arrived at the Los Angeles premiere of Red 2 last night wearing a bunch of kooky accessories. She did it with her signature “Look at me, I don’t give a f***” attitude that only she can pull off, and it was amazing.

For what it’s worth, the green dress she wore was designed by Elie Saab. But, c’mon, those earrings.

Hurrah! The best site to make you feel absolutely horrible about yourself turns five today. The online newsletter, which prides itself on “Make, Go, Get, Do, Be See” and curated by Gwyneth Paltrow is the envy of Blake Livelys the world over, and hated/loved by millions of women like myself.

Many have tried to outdo GOOP, but none have succeeded at rubbing our noses in living like the 1%.

My favorite journal entry was one about air travel. Paltrow called on magazine editor Donna Hay and talent manager Seth Friedman to give readers tips on the best ways to travel.

“Air New Zealand has an amazing looking new feature in economy class on their new 777 service called Sky Couch,” Hay wrote. “You purchase an entire row for just slightly more than two seats would cost.”

With that said, please enjoy our gallery of 10 items to celebrate GOOP’s anniversary.

Looks like Beyonce‘s cute bob haircut has some competition.

Shailene Woodley bid adieu to her luscious locks over the weekend, and shared the result on Twitter as proof.

“work in progress… but luckily, #itgrowsback !!! :)),” the 21-year-old actress wrote in the caption.

And not that the world needs more reason to love the adorable Woodley, it turns out her haircut is for an amazing cause.

As announced on her Tumblr last week, her hair was donated to the nonprofit Children With Hair Loss. The Spectacular Now star also asked her fans to follow her lead:

if you are in the position to cut off 8 inches of your hair, then i strongly urge you to do it. there are so many human beings out there who would LOVE the opportunity to possess long hair, but simply can not because of their current situation…. let’s share!

Woodley will soon be filming the big screen adaptation of The Fault in Our Stars, in which she plays 16-year-old cancer patient Hazel Grace Lancaster. In the novel, Hazel falls in love with a former athlete and amputee, Augustus Waters, at a support group.

Rihanna and Miley Cyrus and Beyonce wear grills

Who wore their dental accessories best? It’s time for a grill-off, ladies and gents.

We all know Miley Cyrus is a fan of the grill – she carries three in her purse and rocks a few styles in her “We Can’t Stop” music video.

Beyonce has also been known to dress up her pearly whites. The singer recently snapped a photo of some very snazzy gold vampire fangs.

But wait, there’s more! Rihanna is getting in on the action, too. She just shared some Instagram photos of her gun-shaped grills.

Lindsay Lohan

Things just seem to be getting worse for Lindsay Lohan. The actress has been accused of ruining a $1,750 dress she borrowed to attend the the American Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR) gala earlier this month.

She wore a beaded, floor-length Theia gown (pictured above), but when she returned it to the fashion house the bottom of the dress had been hacked off.

A source told “She said that the dress had ripped (at a club after the fundraiser) – she couldn’t possibly wear it like that – so her stylist friend went to the club bouncer and requested some scissors to repair the torn part of the dress.”

Pal and “Scary Movie 5” co-star Charlie Sheen had reportedly offered to pay style guru Phillip Block to dress Lohan for the party, which took place Feb. 6, but she refused. Sheen helped Lohan in the past by giving her $100,000 to pay off tax debts.

Meanwhile, the actress is reportedly being offered a hefty sum of money to promote Mr. Pink’s Ginseng Energy Drink, but she wants more. The company is willing to part with $200,000, but she is asking for $500,000, according to RadarOnline.

And in a new poll, Lohan was named the third least sexy woman in Hollywood behind Sarah Jessica Parker and Kristen Stewart.

Evelyn Lozada is taking her fashion sense from the street to the catwalk: she’s debuting her new dress collection during London Fashion Week on Feb. 20.

And if fans know anything about the Basketball Wives star, it’s that her signature style is built around eye-catching maxi dresses. Now, she’s created some looks for others — and Celebuzz has the exclusive design sketches.

The line, appropriately dubbed Vida Luxe, is sure to take after the fiesty Latina herself.

“It’s very feminine and flowy and will fit all body types,” Lozada told us. “It’s just so much fun. Lots of colors and patterns.”

Lozada first thought of adding “designer” to her resume after fans commented on her sexy looks for Basketball Wives.

“So many women were like, ‘Where do you go to buy your dresses?’” said Lozada, who teamed up with rapper Bow Wow’s mom, Teresa Caldwell, on the line. ”We got together and she sketched out my ideas and we talked about every detail from fabric to color to hardware. After she drew out everything and put it together, I was blown away.”

So who’s the first lady she’d like to dress? Hint: she’s one of Lozada’s good pals — and no stranger to style.

“Rihanna will be my first target! I love her,” Lozada said. “She’s very edgy and she will try anything.”

But you don’t have to be a pop star to afford these dresses.

“It will be anywhere from $100,” said Lozada, who divorced NFL star Chad Johnson after a domestic violence incident last year. “I believe that you don’t have to have millions of dollars to look fabulous. You can have something affordable, and just make it look like a million bucks.”

And the new clothing line isn’t the only part of Lozada’s design career.

“I would eventually love to incorporate denim, because every woman loves wearing denim,” she said. “And feminine sweatsuits that women love to wear to travel. So I’ll eventually have a full line.”

In the meantime, London better batten down the hatches. Said the star: “I wanted to do something big, and I thought that launching this overseas would have a great affect on the line. I figured ‘go big or go home!’”

Tyler Perry

Channing Tatum

Steven Tyler has a new alter ego…Pepper.

Introducing himself as Pepper, the 64-year-old made a surprise return to American Idol on Thursday, dressed from head-to-toe in drag –blonde wig, bright red pout, heels, fake boobs, the works — pretending to be a contestant during Oklahoma auditions for the FOX singing reality series.

But the former Idol judge didn’t fool anyone. “Steven Tyler in the house,” Randy Jackson announced after hearing Tyler’s introduction.
