Expect to see more of Angelina Jolie and less of Ellen DeGeneres in the coming months.

Disney announced Wednesday that Jolie’s Maleficent, in which the Oscar winner plays Sleeping Beauty’s arch nemesis, has been pushed ahead of its initial release date. The flick is due in theaters May 30, 2014 to avoid clashing with Transformers 4 and Fast & Furious 7 at the box office.

Though this may be good news for live action fans, Pixar diehards will have to wait yet another year for their movies to hit the silver screen. Both The Good Dinosaur and Finding Nemo‘s follow-up, dubbed Finding Dory, have been delayed until November 25, 2015 and June 17, 2016 respectively.

Previously, DeGeneres’ big Pixar comeback was slated for fall 2015, but the animation studio shift the project in favor of The Good Dinosaur, which centers around the pre-historic adventures of an Apatosaurus and a human boy.

“So kids, let that be a lesson to you – Anything is possible if you’re patient and you beg hard enough on national television,” the comedienne said of her sequel when it was announced in April.

It looks like DeGeneres is going to have to be a little bit more patient now.

You can always count on Ellen DeGeneres to just go for it and ask what’s on her mind (and everyone else’s minds).

Just take her most recent victim guest Drake, who appears on an episode airing Friday.

“I’m going to show you some pictures and you can say: dated her, dating her now, I’ve kissed her once, I’ve held her hand,” DeGeneres tells the rapper.

On Rihanna, Drake says she’s a “great girl” and they had their moment. He also comments on rumored romances with Nicki Minaj, Tyra Banks, Kim Kardashian and Kat Dennings.

And for those interested, the “Started from the Bottom” hit maker is currently single and ready to mingle.

“The album’s done. I got free time . . . I’m going on tour, but I have a couple months after that.”

With her hilarious talk show episodes and interesting line-up of famous guest stars, who wouldn’t love Ellen DeGeneres?

A iHeartRadio survey recently revealed what we already know, announcing that the comedic host has been voted the “Most Likeale Woman” in all of Hollywood.

DeGeneres‘ 13.4% beats Jennifer Lawrence, who got a reported 12.5 percent, as well as Emma Stone (13.4%), Natalie Portman (17.7%), Zooey Deschanel (8.5%) and Anna Kendrick (2.6%).

The survey also gave the title of “Song of the Summer” to Robin Thicke‘s “Blurred Lines” and “Best Actor/Actress Turned Musician” to Drake.

Do you think Ellen and the rest of the winners deserve their titles?

Adam Levine has pretty much made himself clear:

Do NOT mess with Christina Aguilera over her weight!

The Maroon 5 frontman has gone out of his way to repeatedly make his distaste known for those who have criticized his fellow Voice judge for her new curves, and once again mentioned it when visiting The Ellen DeGeneres Show!

Ch-ch-check out some of the comments he makes during the interview, set to air in full tomorrow (above)!

What a guy! You can tell he just has NO patience for that kind of nonsense!

Which makes him ALL the sexier in our eyes!

And we’re TOTES excited to hear about the shifting dynamic for the next season of The Voice with replacement judges!

It definitely sounds as though it’s going to be a battle of the accents between Blake and Shakira!

Recent entertainment news tells us HALLE BERRY got scared by a giant spider on “ELLEN.”

Look who’s scaring people on her show again!

When Halle Berry went for a chat with Ellen DeGeneres on her show “Ellen” for the first time, the hilarious host didn’t exclude the “Cloud Atlas” star from her long list of scare victims, which famously includes the very scare prone Taylor Swift as well as the “Hotel Transylvania” voice star, Selena Gomez, among others.

You know how it goes-Ellen starts by talking about fear or coaxes her celeb guest into talking about what scares them the most, and then Ellen‘s crew (in full costume) would sneak up behind the guest and go in for the kill.

Now the engaged Halle made the mistake of telling DeGeneres that she recently discovered a colony of spiders at her home… but we’re not complaining!

She told Ellen in the middle of her giggles after the prank:

“That was so mean!”

TAYLOR SWIFT was scared and tortured with pictures of her ex boyfriends on “ELLEN.”

But of course, it was all in good fun… and for the benefit of her fans, too!

As usual, Taylor Swift‘s appearance on Ellen DeGeneres‘ show was hilarious and fun… although not so much for Taylor herself.

Her past appearances included Ellen scaring her in a hallway and the bathroom as well as a jamming session with her “The Lorax” co-star (and rumored boyfriend) Zac Efron, and not once did Ellen fail to interrogate her about her past relationships.

On Thursday’s episode, the topic was Swift‘s hit new song, “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” and to find out who her “bad” song was about, the host simply asked her to ring a large bell when the photo of the particular ex-boyfriend popped up on the screen.

Swift remained a good sport, as usual, but was evidently uneasy with the “game” that she ended up telling DeGeneres:

“This makes me feel so bad about myself. Every time I come on, you put, like, a different dude up there on the screen, and it just makes me really question what I stand for as a human being.”

Oh, and Ellen scared her… again!

See her get scared by a giant bug and who she rang the bell for below:
