Teresa and Joe Giudice in Court

Like Teresa Giudice, her house hubby Joe will also plead not guilty to the a 39-count indictment against the reality couple filed Monday by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

But Joe has a lot more than the charges (and over 50 years in prison) he’s facing. Given that the reality star, unlike his wife, isn’t a U.S. citizen, he could also be deported – a possibility that’s weighting on him, according to his attorney.

“It’s natural to worry, but he’s worried not as much for himself but for Teresa and his family,” Miles Feinstein told Celebuzz. “He’s mainly concerned about Teresa and the kids and his family and staying in the country with them.

“If he was even found guilty on one of the 39 charges, that might deport him,” including mortgage fraud and bankruptcy fraud, revealed Feinstein, adding that the charge stemming from Joe’s failure to file his tax returns from 2004 to 2008 are “probably not deportable.”

Joe is also facing state charges of fraud in which he’s been accused of obtaining a driver’s license using his brother’s name. Those allegations also make it more of a reality that the 43-year-old father of four may be asked to leave the U.S.

“Sometimes you see it on the Real Housewives [of New Jersey] and sometimes you don’t, but they support each other and love each other. And they love their kids tremendously,” said Feinstein.

Joe’s attorney tries to explain why his client has been in the country his whole life without becoming a naturalized citizen.

“Joe has an Italian passport, not a U.S. passport. He came to his country when he was one year old. Because his family I suppose didn’t realize they should have done something.

“He came when he was one so I assume they thought he was a citizen.

“It would be a shame one way or another if he was deported since he’s been here since that young age. It’s unfortunate that he wasn’t naturalized.”

For now, the often financially troubled TV pair – who withdrew bankruptcy in 2011 after claiming $11 million in debts – have been released on their own recognizance despite the whopping $500K bond each that was set during their first court appearance on the federal charges July 30.

“People have thought they had to put up half a million dollars, but they didn’t have to put up a thing, no house, nothing,” explained Feinstein. “No property, bonds, no money.

“It was equivalent of bail but no bail.”

But they better show up in court or they’ll be the hefty price to pay.

“It’s to ensure the person’s presence in court every time. They would be responsible for $500,000 each if they didn’t show up in court,” he added.

“Their roots, family and kids are here so they are going to be there.”

Proud new father Jimmy Fallon revealed the name of his daughter during Wednesday night’s monologue of Late Night. If you don’t feel like watching the whole video above, it’s Winnie Rose Fallon and she weighs 5 lbs., 9 oz. But try, anyway, because the whole thing is pretty cute.

Queen Elizabeth was so overjoyed by the birth of HRH Prince George of Cambridge, that she invited staff at three of her royal residences to a champagne toast.

“The Queen is on cloud nine at the moment and wanted to share her happiness with her hard-working staff, so the obvious thing to do was to get out the champers,” a royal source told the Express (via HELLO! Magazine).

“Everyone was in a fantastic mood and we all toasted the baby, the parents and the Queen,” another added. “It was a fabulous gesture of her and everyone appreciated it. Everyone is so happy for the royals and especially the Queen. We have never seen her looking so happy and content.”

Employees at Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh, Scotland all raised a glass to the third-in-line, who is at his maternal grandparents’ home in Bucklebury, Berkshire.

Her Majesty extended the invitation to staff at all three locations on Friday to “enjoy a glass of champagne to celebrate the royal birth.”

The Queen is now on holiday at Balmoral, a castle in Scotland that has been in the family since Queen Victoria’s reign. At the moment, Prince Philip is too ill to join Her Majesty on the annual trip after undergoing surgery a few months ago. According to the Mirror, he will spend a bit more time convalescing at Sandringham.

The Duke of Edinburgh has yet to meet his great-grandson, and reports speculate that this may not happen until George’s christening in the fall. The Daily Mail, however, speculates that the meeting could happen as early as next month, when the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spend a weekend at the castle.

The king and queen of Nashville, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, are singing a goodbye love song to their Tennessee estate to the tune of $20 million.

The comely country couple are unloading their 753-acre farm, complete with a whopping 4 separate homes. And although this plantation may turn back the clock, its historic exterior compliments the modern amenities. Like its country chic owners, the interior is all designer from top to bottom, including marble and granite countertops and dark polished hardwood floors throughout the 3,300 square-foot, 3-bedroom, 4-bath abode where the McGraws reportedly called their main home.

The showcase showstopper is a historic Antebellum beauty boasting 6,800 square feet, 40-foot front hall, wood paneled library and stunning wall frescos.

And there’s two more homes to go! (All of which have unique charm and character all their own.)

The massive property comes with a restored log home built in 1850 and a 12-stall barn with attached caretaker’s apartment.

While some of the property lacks a celeb-worthy shiny veneer, it’s nothing a little elbow grease and a few extra bucks can’t gloss up.

And as you could imagine, with all that land it’s a nature’s lover’s paradise, with picturesque rolling hills, ponds, spring-fed creeks, lush green trees, and tall swaying grass.

The property was actually two separate adjacent parcels divided by the tree-lined Harpeth River until the singing superstars/actors bought them for a bargain $5.09M and $8.75M in 2001. And here’s some country trivia – the land was once owned by country legend Hank Williams.

So put on your cowboy boots and watch the video above to see how Million Dollar Listing New York’s Ryan Serhant scores this superstar couple’s fancy farm.

Buckleberry Manor Will Be Baby Cambridge's Temporary Home

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are the proud new parents of the Prince of Cambridge, and once William’s two weeks of paternity leave is up, Kate will call on the help of her parents, who own a Georgian manor just outside London.

Kate is foregoing royal tradition as she moves into her parents’ most recently-purchased Bucklebury home with the UK’s future monarch for at least six weeks. Traditionally, a royal child spends a majority of its upbringing with a nanny and baby nurses from the getgo, but the Duchess prefers to be close to her mother, who raised three children without hired help.

The gorgeous estate, known as Bucklebury Manor, contrasts greatly to the palaces, particularly Buckingham. Going from 775 rooms to 7 might be a tight squeeze, but the family seems excited and embracing the low-key change, according to Kate’s uncle, Gary Goldsmith. Carole Middleton’s younger brother recently told the Telegraph that HRH doesn’t want to make any additions to their temporary cottage at Kensington Palace while renovations are underway at apt 1A. “Kate felt it wasn’t worth the money to go all-out [on a nursery],” he explained.

The new home will give the Duchess respite from all the commotion that has swept the world since the highly-anticipated birth, with Michael and Carole there to help her with late-night diaper duty and enjoy private family walks on their stunningly lush 18 acres of land.

Located in Berkshire, the 7-bedroom, 5-reception room mansion will give the growing family a serene backdrop (farm animals included) and a safe, calming environment away from the hustle-and-bustle of London. With a steel-framed green room, tennis court and swimming pool, the Manor offers plenty of recreational activities for any grandchild (and future grandchildren) and a sweet escape for the royal couple.

Beyonc , America’s favorite college student cramming for finals, wore socks and sweatpants yesterday as she carried daughter Blue Ivy on their way out of Puerto Rico. They were en route to another stop-likely Colombia-on the ‘Mrs. Carter Show World Tour.’

Khloe Kardashian parties with The Game

Khloe Kardashian is drowning her separation sorrows with a girls’ night on the town.

Oh, and The Game tagged along, too.

The unlikely trio of Kardashian, the “How We Do It” crooner and the reality star’s BFF Malika Haqq rolled up to L.A.’s Tru nightclub Monday night and the champagne was popping BIG time.

This Kardashian definitely has a thing for ballers because the rapper dropped some serious cash on cocktails – about $13,500 to be exact, a source tells Celebuzz. And that’s including a cool $2,500 for tax and tip.

“He just got off tour so they were celebrating his return to Hollywood. He ordered at least four bottles of Ace of Spades at $2,000 a pop and bottles of Ciroc,” said our eyewitness. “Khloe didn’t drink though. She was in a seriously chill mood. She didn’t want any photos or video taken.”

Oops! Sorry, KK, we got an exclusive snap. But you’re looking good!

“They came into the club and she was very attentive to him,” added the source.

But not like that, guys. Even though estranged hubby Lamar Odom may have forgotten his vows, Kardashian’s still a married woman.

“He looked like a best friend-type, like a big brother. They’ve all been friends for years.”

In fact, Kardashian was having so much fun she was the last person out of the club at 2:30 a.m.

“They left separately,” said the eyewitness. “They all just talked and were being very cool. She looked like she was really enjoying herself.”

Hugh Jackman's NYC condo

Hugh Jackman has got that triple threat thing down.

Especially since he’s acting, singing and dancing all the way to the bank – and has so much stored away for a rainy day that he plunked down $25 million to live in the Big Apple’s lap of luxury.

In this edition of Real Estate Rewind, we’re going back to 2008 when the Aussie hunk moved into this massive modernist real estate masterpiece designed by internationally acclaimed architect Richard Meier.

And Celebuzz can give you a glimpse at the inside photos.

The 11,000 square foot, 3-level condo in the artsy enclave of the West Village was previously owned by billionaire Sun Microsystems co-founder Bill Joy, who put it on the market for a whopping $40 million, then $33 million, until the Prisoners star snagged it for a steal (but still staggering) $25M.

And it’s only the very best for the superstar. The 5-bedroom spread is the largest in the building and is filled to the crown moldings with dramatic details – from expansive views of the Hudson River and 3 terraces to huge double-height ceilings and swirling staircase.

The digs include a professional gourmet kitchen, studio/exercise area (to get into tip top Wolverine shape), recreation room for his two kids Ava and Oscar, sauna, library and wine cellar. And we can’t forget the music room where he perfects those Broadway pipes.

Check out each room for yourself in the CB! gallery above.

Ryan Serhant knows you are who your friends are.

And with friends like Courteney Cox and David Arquette, the Million Dollar Listing New York star could throw an awesome Beverly Hills pool party courtesy of their $19.5 million dollar digs that just hit the market.

Cox and her ex hubby have kept the listing on the DL since they split in 2011, but now the contemporary manse is available to the mega-rich masses.

The newly-revamped 5,500 square foot abode has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and an incredible view of the L.A. skyline to gaze at while your floating in the sparkling pool.

So what kind of profit does Hollywood’s one-time “It” quirky couple hope to make if the sale goes as planned? Well, they bought the hilltop home in 2004 for nearly $5.5 million. So you do the math… It’s a lot.
