One Direction opened the 2013 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday with a performance of their new single, “Best Song Ever.”

onedirection onewayoranother

Your favorite British boy band was assigned to open this year’s Teen Choice Awards last Sunday, and what better way to do it than to perform one of their newest, interestingly-titled songs?

One Direction performed “Best Song Ever”-from their upcoming 3D movie, “This Is Us”-for the first time on live television.

It may be the one of the best songs ever, but it’s definitely not their best performance as they all looked noticeably exhausted. Nonetheless, they were met with great acclaim by the enthusiastic crowd.

They knew she was trouble when she walked on stage.

Taylor Swift threw some serious shade at ex-boyfriend Harry Styles during Sunday’s MTV VMAs when she accepted a Moonman for her “I Knew You Were Trouble” music video, telling the crowd, “I also want to thank the person who inspired this song, who knows exactly who he is, because now I got one of these.”

However, Harry’s bandmates – the lovable lads of One Direction – were also quick with a comeback to defend their musical comrade-in-arms.

“When she said those things about Niall [Horan], we were very, very pissed off,” band member Liam Payne joked to New York magazine at the New York City premiere of One Direction: This Is Us Monday night.

Hashtag get over it,” Liam added. “I was going to do a Kanye!”

The singer also echoed the sentiments to Us Weekly, telling the publication, “I just thought it was a bit not needed. I mean, you just won an award, it’s like, concentrate on yourself!”

Well, we all know what four words Taylor has for these “Best Song Ever” crooners. It’s too bad she didn’t mention them when she actually snapped a photo with her ex that night.

If One Direction is ever looking for frontman No. 6, sign Ryan Serhant up for the gig.

Especially if it means living in a pimped out pop star spread like this.

The newly-minted MTV Video Music Award winners recently took L.A. by storm and escaped the fan frenzy like any boy band poised to be the world’s next billionaires would do – in a colossal crib, of course.

Niall, Zayn, Liam, Harry and Louis dug into their deep pockets for $27,000 a night to live the Hollywood dream off famed Mullholland Drive in a $6.7 million mansion.

And there’s no bunk beds here. The Titanic-size 11,000 square foot property boasts 5 bedrooms for each chick magnet and 8 bathrooms (enough for an entourage, Harry and his famous mane).

Talk about stargazing at its finest. With two stories of glass walls that showcase 300 degrees of city lights and mountain views and over 2,500 square feet of outdoor party space, a swimmer’s pool and two spas, the guys soaked up the Cali sun and looked out over all the little people from their view at the top.

From movie sets to playtime with mini dolls, the stars have been busy bees in the last 24 hours.

Mortal Instruments: City Of Bones is just around the corner – and we couldn’t be more excited!

From heroic Shadowhunters to evil Downworlders, we’ve got the lowdown on the humans, angels and monsters who call City Of Bones home. So check it out!

Stick with Celebuzz right up until August 21, when Mortal Instruments: City of Bones opens in theaters everywhere.

It’s become clear that One Direction isn’t telling the whole truth when they sing “don’t need makeup to cover up” in their hit song, “What Makes You Beautiful.”

MUA Cosmetics announced that pop boy band will be launching their first makeup collection geared towards their fans. The collection will include five lipsticks, three cheek tints and five nail polishes with clever names like “Harry Loves Strawberry,” “Rock Me,” and “Be Mine.”

The business-savvy band are targeting their younger audience by pricing all their products under 3 (which is around $4.15 in U.S. dollars). With this new project, a branded perfume on the way and their new music video already breaking records, the group is sure having a pretty good season.

The 1D cosmetics line, aptly named Little Things Collection, will be hitting shelves in Superdrug stores across the United Kingdom on July 29. For those who don’t like across the pond, the boys will be selling their beauty products online too. e

While this is the first beauty venture for the group, celebrity-endorsed makeup lines are nothing new. Check the galley above for more makeup loving celebrities.

Attention 1D fans: grab some popcorn and get ready for the summer — the boys of One Direction are coming soon to a theater near you.

1D3D looks to take lovers of the British boy band by storm with stories from the road, massive fan interaction and intense in-concert visuals.

Morgan Spurlock directed the 3D film, which won’t open in theaters until August. But fans are already psyched to get a look deep behind the scenes with the boys as they goofed around and got down to business on their recent Up All Night tour.

“As a group, we’re stronger than if there were five people by themselves,” said Zayn Malik in the movie’s interview about his bandmates, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Liam Payne. And the bond between the boys comes through on the big screen, where the brotherhood that comes with fast fame and global recognition helps keep everyone grounded.

Like big behind-the-scenes movies featuring Katy Perry and Justin Bieber that have come before it, 1D3D looks to be a hit with devoted fans and curiosity-seekers alike. All the three artists have taken advantage of advances in film technology to help tell their stories onscreen in a more personal, “you-are-there” style.

Major eye candy coming your way, Directioners!

Lucky fans in Australia got a first glimpse of One Direction‘s upcoming biopic 1D3D, thanks to Australian morning show Daybreak on Friday morning.

The 3D film – helmed by director Morgan Spurlock – doesn’t come out until August, but judging from the short trailer, the British boy band lives no-holds-barred in the movie, which documents their life on the road. OMG, indeed.

The clip features a revealing look into the group’s first world tour, Up All Night, and their rise to fame afterward along with interviews with the guys and their fans.

“As a group, we’re stronger than if there were five people by themselves,” said Zayn Malik in the movie’s interview about his bandmates, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Liam Payne.

Since coming together in 2010 on The X Factor U.K., the five lads have been catapulted into stardom, thanks to a bevy of chart-topping hits, platinum records, sold out concerts and a dedicated fanbase spanning across the globe.

Just recently, the boys put their fame to good use, jetting to the African nation of Ghana, where they visited local schoolchildren for Red Nose Day, Comic Relief’s fundraising telecast held on March 15 in the U.K.

This month, 1D will kick off the European leg of their Take Me Home tour, which will also take them to the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Launch the video, above, to watch a first look at 1D3D.

Tell us: What do you hope to see in the film? Are you going to a 1D concert this year? Sound off in the comments.
