We weren’t crazy about Jennifer Aniston‘s red Valentino gown at the Oscars, but we do love the reason she picked it!

It was apparently very practical, especially for when nature called!

The actress said of the dress:

“It fits, it’s comfortable and it’s easy to pee in. You just lift, hoist and do a couple squats!”

Ha! That’s quite the visual!

And fiance Justin Theroux loved it for being “Valentino red,” and probably appreciated not having to lend a hand for when his better half had to go to the ladies’ room.

Good thinking, Jen!

Though Jennifer Lawrence tripped all over her Christian Dior gown at the Oscars, Marion Cotillard showed off her excellent balance in another gorgeous Raf Simons creation.

The actress wore sparkly Louboutins and the black & white striped Dior gown we also recommended for JLaw to the Cesar Film Awards in Paris on Friday night.

And the more mature face of the brand definitely did the beautiful dress justice in a very modern-day Audrey Hepburn in Sabrina sort of way!

If there’s anyone that really makes us nostalgic for old Hollywood, it’s truly Marion!

Lovely!

JENNIFER LAWRENCE was breathtaking in a pale pink Dior gown at the 2013 Oscar Awards on Sunday.

Jennifer, who won the Academy Award for “Best Actress in a Leading Role,” opted for another Dior creation at the awards show. But while some of her previous Dior looks were complete fashion disappointments, this one was a hit, as she looked absolutely stunning as she glided down the red carpet in the voluminous, princess-like confection.

The strapless, pale pink gown was paired with diamond ball drop earring, a delicate Chopard necklace (worn backward), and a Roger Vivier clutch.

A classy updo, subtle smokey eyes, and pink lips finished Jennifer‘s gorgeous look.

Is she one of your best-dressed? Because she’s definitely one of ours!

Film critics around the globe have all casted their predictions for Sunday’s Oscars, but what about Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi?

As a cinephile, the Snooki & JWoww star told Celebuzz who she thought would be taking home an Academy Award when she stopped by our Hollywood studio this week.

For the award for Best Supporting Actress, the 25-year-old predicted that Anne Hathaway – who has already won a Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award will take home the Oscar for her role of Fantine in Les Miserable.

Why?

“Because she played a prostitute. She’s gorgeous, and she’s a really good prostitute,” she quipped.

As for the top prize of Best Picture, Snooki said she wants Ben Affleck and his film, Argo, to win.

“I just watched it and I thought it was amazing,” she said. “Plus, I’m a big fan of Ben Affleck and I think he did an amazing job of directing it.”

“I thought it was such a good movie. I was tense and on my feet the entire time. I honestly think the award should go to Ben Affleck [and] Argo.”

Well, she did say she wanted him to direct her “porno” as well.

Ethan Hawke

Ethan Hawke has branded the Oscars “destructive” and “fake” in a scathing criticism of the Hollywood awards season just days before the movie industry’s biggest prize giving.

The two-time Oscar nominee, who received nods for 2001’s Training Day and 2004 romance Before Sunset, fears the annual tradition of handing out prizes is detrimental to the industry because it encourages such a fiercely competitive culture.

He is also convinced the Academy Awards have very little value because they have been won by so many “stupid movies” and “mediocre performers” over the years.

In an interview with Gotham magazine, which has emerged online just days before Sunday’s Oscars ceremony, Hawke says, “People want to turn everything in this country into a competition… It’s clear who the winner is and who the loser is. It’s why they like to announce the grosses of movies, because it’s a way of saying, ‘This one is No. 1.’ It’s so asinine…

“If you look at how many forgettable, stupid movies have won Oscars and how many mediocre performers have Oscars above their fireplace. Making a priority of chasing these fake carrots and money and dubious accolades, I think it’s really destructive.”

Has someone been listening to too much Lana Del Rey???

Sarah Hyland killed two birds with one stone last night: celebrated Teen Vogue‘s 10th anniversary and Chlo Moretz‘s 16th birthday.

For the 2-for-1 soiree, the curly haired Modern Family actress wore a blue velvet alice + olivia dress and black peep toe heels.

It’s no Chanel, but it’s cute.

Thoughts???
