The king and queen of Nashville, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, are singing a goodbye love song to their Tennessee estate to the tune of $20 million.

The comely country couple are unloading their 753-acre farm, complete with a whopping 4 separate homes. And although this plantation may turn back the clock, its historic exterior compliments the modern amenities. Like its country chic owners, the interior is all designer from top to bottom, including marble and granite countertops and dark polished hardwood floors throughout the 3,300 square-foot, 3-bedroom, 4-bath abode where the McGraws reportedly called their main home.

The showcase showstopper is a historic Antebellum beauty boasting 6,800 square feet, 40-foot front hall, wood paneled library and stunning wall frescos.

And there’s two more homes to go! (All of which have unique charm and character all their own.)

The massive property comes with a restored log home built in 1850 and a 12-stall barn with attached caretaker’s apartment.

While some of the property lacks a celeb-worthy shiny veneer, it’s nothing a little elbow grease and a few extra bucks can’t gloss up.

And as you could imagine, with all that land it’s a nature’s lover’s paradise, with picturesque rolling hills, ponds, spring-fed creeks, lush green trees, and tall swaying grass.

The property was actually two separate adjacent parcels divided by the tree-lined Harpeth River until the singing superstars/actors bought them for a bargain $5.09M and $8.75M in 2001. And here’s some country trivia – the land was once owned by country legend Hank Williams.

So put on your cowboy boots and watch the video above to see how Million Dollar Listing New York’s Ryan Serhant scores this superstar couple’s fancy farm.

Buckleberry Manor Will Be Baby Cambridge's Temporary Home

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are the proud new parents of the Prince of Cambridge, and once William’s two weeks of paternity leave is up, Kate will call on the help of her parents, who own a Georgian manor just outside London.

Kate is foregoing royal tradition as she moves into her parents’ most recently-purchased Bucklebury home with the UK’s future monarch for at least six weeks. Traditionally, a royal child spends a majority of its upbringing with a nanny and baby nurses from the getgo, but the Duchess prefers to be close to her mother, who raised three children without hired help.

The gorgeous estate, known as Bucklebury Manor, contrasts greatly to the palaces, particularly Buckingham. Going from 775 rooms to 7 might be a tight squeeze, but the family seems excited and embracing the low-key change, according to Kate’s uncle, Gary Goldsmith. Carole Middleton’s younger brother recently told the Telegraph that HRH doesn’t want to make any additions to their temporary cottage at Kensington Palace while renovations are underway at apt 1A. “Kate felt it wasn’t worth the money to go all-out [on a nursery],” he explained.

The new home will give the Duchess respite from all the commotion that has swept the world since the highly-anticipated birth, with Michael and Carole there to help her with late-night diaper duty and enjoy private family walks on their stunningly lush 18 acres of land.

Located in Berkshire, the 7-bedroom, 5-reception room mansion will give the growing family a serene backdrop (farm animals included) and a safe, calming environment away from the hustle-and-bustle of London. With a steel-framed green room, tennis court and swimming pool, the Manor offers plenty of recreational activities for any grandchild (and future grandchildren) and a sweet escape for the royal couple.

Hugh Jackman's NYC condo

Hugh Jackman has got that triple threat thing down.

Especially since he’s acting, singing and dancing all the way to the bank – and has so much stored away for a rainy day that he plunked down $25 million to live in the Big Apple’s lap of luxury.

In this edition of Real Estate Rewind, we’re going back to 2008 when the Aussie hunk moved into this massive modernist real estate masterpiece designed by internationally acclaimed architect Richard Meier.

And Celebuzz can give you a glimpse at the inside photos.

The 11,000 square foot, 3-level condo in the artsy enclave of the West Village was previously owned by billionaire Sun Microsystems co-founder Bill Joy, who put it on the market for a whopping $40 million, then $33 million, until the Prisoners star snagged it for a steal (but still staggering) $25M.

And it’s only the very best for the superstar. The 5-bedroom spread is the largest in the building and is filled to the crown moldings with dramatic details – from expansive views of the Hudson River and 3 terraces to huge double-height ceilings and swirling staircase.

The digs include a professional gourmet kitchen, studio/exercise area (to get into tip top Wolverine shape), recreation room for his two kids Ava and Oscar, sauna, library and wine cellar. And we can’t forget the music room where he perfects those Broadway pipes.

Check out each room for yourself in the CB! gallery above.

Ryan Serhant knows you are who your friends are.

And with friends like Courteney Cox and David Arquette, the Million Dollar Listing New York star could throw an awesome Beverly Hills pool party courtesy of their $19.5 million dollar digs that just hit the market.

Cox and her ex hubby have kept the listing on the DL since they split in 2011, but now the contemporary manse is available to the mega-rich masses.

The newly-revamped 5,500 square foot abode has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and an incredible view of the L.A. skyline to gaze at while your floating in the sparkling pool.

So what kind of profit does Hollywood’s one-time “It” quirky couple hope to make if the sale goes as planned? Well, they bought the hilltop home in 2004 for nearly $5.5 million. So you do the math… It’s a lot.

Goodbye, New York. Ryan Serhant‘s moving Across the Pond. But don’t worry Celebuzz fans, it’s just temporary… with the help of a little internet time travel magic.

Newlywed Keira Knightley has listed her East London townhouse for 3 million British pounds (mathematical translation: about $4.8 million) to find a new love nest for her and hubby James Righton.

Knightley’s four-story Georgian mansion was recently renovated to reflect her famously chic style and passion for French d cor that would make Karl Lagerfeld proud.

The charming 3,200 square foot four-bedroom abode was built in the 1800s and is filled with tons of quaint character in every nook and cranny – from the colorful walls and elegant bath tub in the master bedroom to the fireplace in the kitchen and table for two in the garden.

Eliza Dushku buys a Boston pad

Eliza Dushku has the perfect cure for being homesick – earn enough money to live the bicoastal dream.

The Boston native just bought herself a pied-a-terre in Beantown, Celebuzz has learned.

And this little taste of home only set the former Buffy The Vampire Slayer ass-kicker back a modest (by celeb standards) $300,000.

The 31-year-old actress, who grew up in Watertown, Mass., purchased the new digs in late July, according to property records, as the perfect home away from Hollywood for her and longtime boyfriend Rick Fox. And it’s got all the New England charm you can get for a few hundred grand.

Located in trendy Beacon Hill just north of Boston Common, the 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo boasts classic brick Federal-style architecture with tons of historic character.

Each charming room has been remodeled and is just waiting for Dushku’s style-savvy touch. But we’re pretty sure there are a few things she won’t lay her hands on, like all the original details that have been kept intact, from the high ceilings to ornate moldings.

Just minutes from all the restaurant hotspots and shops on Charles and Newbury streets, the quaint space for two is a great investment as a rental for all the nearby Boston College, MIT and Harvard students or just a crash pad for Dushku’s family visits.

The Barclays Center, otherwise known as Blue Ivy Carter's childhood home.

Like any other parent, Jay-Z wants his daughter to grow up happy and healthy. Despite Blue Ivy Carter‘s parents’ success, he wants her to feel connected to her roots. This is why Jay-Z decided to build his family a modest $1 billion home in Brooklyn’s Prospect Heights neighborhood. Inside there are more than 18,000 seats, several fully-staffed kitchens and a $1 million nursery; the home is named after a bank. Also, the Brooklyn Nets play home games there.

Forbes reports that Jay-Z must sell his share of the Barclays Center because of his burgeoning sports agency, Roc Nation Sports. The sale will net the Carter family $1.5 million, but you can’t put a price on memories. Gone is the post nailed to the wall where Beyonc painstakingly tracked Blue’s growth. Gone, the friendly concession worker who slipped her extra pur ed peaches. Blue will never spend another New Year’s Eve perched atop the Barclays Center scaffolding, watching Aunt Gwyneth gyrate on stage after Mommy and Daddy thought she was asleep.

Now she’ll be forced to live like a peon atop the Bloomberg Tower where her parents own a measly apartment. She’ll have to sit at lunch with all the other poor kids growing up in New York City landmarks, like that tramp Eloise.

Good luck to you, Blue Ivy.

In the words of Joe Giudice, “happy wife, happy life.” Well, Melissa Gorga has almost four million reasons to be a happy housewife.

The Real Housewife of New Jersey and her hubby Joe Gorga just sold their Montville mansion for the full asking price of $3.8 million, even after a roller coaster three years on and off the market.

But Teresa Giudice‘s brother and sister-in-law aren’t going too far. The NJ natives are building brand new digs in Franklin Lakes where Melissa will be able to call Jacqueline Laurita and Caroline Manzo for a cup of sugar (or just gossip about Teresa.)

And if their new abode is anything like this one, it’s gonna be over-the-top.

The 13,500 square foot Chateau-style crib boasts more than enough room for their three little kids, including 6 fancy bedrooms and 6.5 baths, and all the dramatic details fit for a housewife.

Open the front doors to a grand two-story foyer with sweeping double staircases, 4 fireplaces, enormous kitchen, billiards room, screening room and library.

Carmen Electra House Hunts In BH

Carmen Electra is on the move.

And she’s got pricey properties on the brain… to the tune of $3 to $4 million bucks.

The former Baywatch star is on the hunt for a new home with a little help from Million Dollar Listing L.A.‘s real estate reality stars the Altman brothers, a source close to the actress tells Celebuzz.

“She’s been at her old place for a long time and she wants something new and different,” added the source.

The 41-year-old stunner currently calls Beverly Hills home and with that priceless view (above) we don’t quite understand why she’d pack up… but it seems three bedrooms with a pool that she bought in 2002 for just over $1.3 million is just not cutting it anymore.

She wants to keep the 90210 zip code, only she’s got more cash to splash. And bigger is better.

“She’d like to rent out her home now and she’s looked at a couple homes so far. One she liked but she didn’t take it,” added the source.

So Simon Cowell‘s ex still on the property prowl.

“She wants to stay in the Benedict Canyon area. She’s looking for something modern in the $3 to $4 million range.

“And she wants more closet space.” (Of course!)

We’re pretty sure for that kind of dough she’ll find plenty of room for her Louboutins.

“She’s updating her life,” said the source.

If One Direction is ever looking for frontman No. 6, sign Ryan Serhant up for the gig.

Especially if it means living in a pimped out pop star spread like this.

The newly-minted MTV Video Music Award winners recently took L.A. by storm and escaped the fan frenzy like any boy band poised to be the world’s next billionaires would do – in a colossal crib, of course.

Niall, Zayn, Liam, Harry and Louis dug into their deep pockets for $27,000 a night to live the Hollywood dream off famed Mullholland Drive in a $6.7 million mansion.

And there’s no bunk beds here. The Titanic-size 11,000 square foot property boasts 5 bedrooms for each chick magnet and 8 bathrooms (enough for an entourage, Harry and his famous mane).

Talk about stargazing at its finest. With two stories of glass walls that showcase 300 degrees of city lights and mountain views and over 2,500 square feet of outdoor party space, a swimmer’s pool and two spas, the guys soaked up the Cali sun and looked out over all the little people from their view at the top.
