MILEY CYRUS has made Hollywood news headlines once again after performing her hit single “We Can’t Stop” with a band made up of little people during her appearance on the German TV show “Schlagg Den Raab.”

Though Miley is clearly proud (she’s been constantly bragging about it) of her raunchy VMAs performance, the former Disney star kept the twerking and offensively wild antics to a minimum during her appearance on Germany’s “Schlagg Den Raab.”

So yes, it was not more of the same racy, tongue-thrusting disaster she subjected us all to last month.

However, since she’s someone who’s obviously desperate to get people talking about everything she does, Miley made sure that her latest performance following the VMAs would be buzzworthy. And to make up for the lack of half-nakedness and inappropriate molesting of Robin Thicke, the “Wrecking Ball” singer decided to perform her song with a band of little people.

These days, Miley Cyrus‘ style is a slew of crop tops, super-short hotpants and grills.

But that doesn’t mean the 20-year-old can’t pull off a fine piece of couture, as she proves pretty well in the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar. Cyrus slips into some high-end fall fashion for a photo shoot with by famed shutterbug Terry Richardson on what looks to be a luxurious estate.

There’s gowns by Giorgio Armani Priv , Valentino Haute Couture, Chanel Haute Couture and Atelier Versace; gems by Dior, Chopard and Bulgari; and a gorgeous Rolls Royce. It’s all very glam for a girl from Nashville.

If Cher could turn back time, she’d make sure Miley Cyrus‘ twerk-happy MTV VMAs performance never see the light of day.

Speaking with USA Today, the singing diva has put in her two cents on the controversial routine, telling the publication that the former Disney startlet “was so bad” during her duet with Robin Thicke.

“I’m not old-fashioned. She could have come out naked, and if she’d just rocked the house, I would have said, ‘You go, girl,'” Cher says. “It just wasn’t done well. She can’t dance, her body looked like hell, the song wasn’t great, one cheek was hanging out. “

“And, chick, don’t stick out your tongue if it’s coated,” she adds.

Cher later explained her choice words on Twitter, writing:
